So it’s winter and I figured it’s about time I shared another soup recipe. However… your girl has been entering her señora era and hahaha 😅 I sorta kinda have forgotten to keep notes of my measurements so we’re measuring with our hearts today loves! I have a list of the ingredients and really this recipe is one where you put it all in a pot boil blend and serve nothing fancy you literally can’t mess it up.
So yeah LETS COOK!
Ingredients ❤
Artichoke hearts (I used the ones in oil)
Heavy cream
Onion
Garlic powder
Chicken broth
Red chilli flakes
Dill
Salt
Parmesan cheese
Butter
So the first thing I did was go ahead and chop up the onions and cook them in some butter till they were transparent and don’t worry about your knife cuts it’s all getting blended up so as long as it won’t kill your blender your good. After that I went ahead and added my broth and the rest of the ingredients and brought that to a boil. Something to note is I usually use the knorrs chicken bouillon so just a few cups of water and about two tbs of that for my broth I just think it has the best flavor. Once that’s all boiled up go ahead and blend it up and it should have a nice creamy sorta thick consistency to it if it’s not creamy you didn’t add enough artichoke hearts. Once that’s done go ahead and enjoy 🥰
